First Visit

What should I expect on my first visit?

Welcome! When you arrive, use your unique access code on the keypad to enter the facility. Inside, you'll find our premium simulator bay ready to go with easy-to-follow instructions posted on the wall. The TrackMan system is intuitive to use, and you can start playing within minutes. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes on your first visit to get familiar with the space and equipment.

How early should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your scheduled start time, especially for your first visit. Your access code activates 15 minutes before your booking begins, giving you time to settle in, warm up, and get comfortable with the equipment before your session officially starts.

Access & Booking

How does the self-service access work?

After booking online, you'll receive a unique access code via email. Use this code on the keypad at the front door during your booking window. The code is valid from 15 minutes before your start time until 15 minutes after your end time.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 48+ hours before your booking receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are not refunded.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

Golfers under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult during their session.

Guests & Groups

Can I bring guests?

Yes! Your booking is for the bay, not per person. Feel free to bring friends or family to share your session.

How many guests can I bring to my session?

We recommend a maximum of 4 people per bay for the best experience. This allows everyone comfortable space to swing, socialize, and enjoy the session. Larger groups may feel cramped and could slow down play.

Can I host a group event or party?

Absolutely! Our facility is perfect for birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette events, corporate team building, or just a fun outing with friends. For larger events or special arrangements, please contact us directly and we'll be happy to customize an experience for your group.

Equipment & Facility

What equipment is included?

Our bay includes a premium TrackMan launch monitor, professional-grade hitting mat, high-definition projector screen, and a complete set of clubs. You're welcome to bring your own clubs if you prefer.

Can I bring my own golf clubs?

Absolutely! Many of our guests prefer to use their own clubs for a more personalized experience. Our bay has plenty of space to store your bag during your session. Using your own clubs also helps you get more accurate data from the TrackMan system for improving your game.

What brand/type of clubs are provided?

We provide a quality set of Callaway clubs suitable for a range of skill levels, including a driver, fairway woods, a complete iron set, wedges, and a putter. Both right-handed and left-handed sets are available. The clubs are well-maintained and ready for play.

Do I need to bring my own golf balls?

No, we provide premium practice balls optimized for use with our TrackMan system. However, you're welcome to bring your own balls if you have a preference.

What is TrackMan and why is it special?

TrackMan is the industry-leading launch monitor used by PGA Tour professionals, top coaches, and club fitters worldwide. It uses advanced dual-radar technology to capture incredibly accurate data on every shot, including ball speed, launch angle, spin rate, carry distance, and club path. This precision helps you understand your game at a deeper level and make meaningful improvements.

What simulator software/courses are available?

Our TrackMan system includes access to over 100 world-famous courses, including Pebble Beach, St Andrews, and Augusta National. You can also use various practice modes like driving range, skills challenges, and closest-to-the-pin competitions. Full course list and feature details are posted in the bay.

How is the facility cleaned and maintained?

We take cleanliness seriously. The facility is professionally cleaned regularly, and we provide cleaning supplies in the bay for guests to wipe down equipment between uses. The hitting mat, clubs, and touchscreens are sanitized frequently. Our equipment undergoes regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance.

Practical Information

Where do I park?

Free parking is available directly in front of our facility. There are several dedicated spots for our guests. During peak hours, additional street parking is available nearby.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to swing freely. Golf shoes are welcome but not required - clean sneakers or athletic shoes work perfectly on our turf. Avoid shoes with spikes that could damage the hitting mat. No dress code enforced - come as you are!

Is food and drink allowed?

No food is allowed in the simulator bays. Closed water bottles may be brought into the facility but must stay away from simulator equipment.

Is alcohol permitted in the facility?

No. Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.

Memberships

How do memberships work?

Memberships include a set number of hours per month at a discounted rate. Any additional hours are billed at the member overage rate ($45/hour vs. $60/hour for non-members). Hours reset monthly on your billing date.

Do unused membership hours roll over?

Currently, unused hours do not roll over to the following month. We recommend booking sessions throughout the month to make the most of your membership.

Technical Support

What if I have trouble accessing the facility?

If you experience any issues with your access code or entering the facility, please call us at (555) 123-4567 for immediate assistance. We monitor calls during all operating hours and will help you get in right away.

What if I have technical issues during my session?

If you encounter any technical difficulties with the simulator, first try the troubleshooting guide posted in the bay. For issues that can't be quickly resolved, call us at (555) 123-4567 and we'll walk you through solutions or, if needed, arrange a make-up session at no additional charge.

Is there an emergency contact number?

Yes, for any urgent issues during your session, you can reach us at (555) 123-4567. For true emergencies requiring police, fire, or medical assistance, please dial 911. Emergency exit locations are clearly marked inside the facility.

What happens if the equipment malfunctions during my booking?

In the rare event of an equipment malfunction that significantly impacts your session, please document the issue and contact us. We'll review each situation individually and provide complimentary make-up time credit for lost session time when appropriate.
