1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Anytime/Anywhere Golf's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Anytime/Anywhere Golf provides self-service golf simulator rental services. Our facility operates without on-site staff, and customers access the facility using unique access codes provided upon booking.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our online booking system
  • Payment is required at the time of booking
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Membership subscriptions are billed monthly with a 3-month minimum commitment

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before the booking: Full refund
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours: No refund
  • No-shows: No refund
  • Membership hours follow the same refund policy when cancelled

5. Facility Access

  • Access codes are valid only during your booked time slot (plus 15-minute buffer)
  • Do not share your access code with others
  • You are responsible for securing the facility upon departure
  • Unauthorized access attempts will be logged and may result in account suspension

6. Assumption of Risk

Golf activities carry inherent risks of injury. By using our facility, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You agree to use all equipment properly and follow posted safety guidelines.

7. Liability and Damages

  • You are responsible for any damage caused to the facility or equipment during your booking
  • A valid credit card on file may be charged for damages
  • Anytime/Anywhere Golf is not liable for personal injuries or property damage except where caused by our negligence
  • Video surveillance is in operation for security purposes

8. Rules of Conduct

  • No smoking, vaping, or alcohol consumption on premises
  • No food or drinks near the simulator equipment
  • Appropriate golf attire and footwear required
  • Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult
  • Please leave the facility clean and tidy for the next customer

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
